Delegate Registration Waves for NapoMUN 2017

1st wave (early registration): July 8th – July 31th 2017

2nd wave: August 1st – August 21st 2017

Delegate Conference Fees

The standard conference fee varies according to the time of registration. The sooner you apply as a delegate, the cheaper it will be. During the first wave of registration the standard conference fee is worth 70 €, while during the second wave the fee will be 90 €, and third wave fee will be 110 €.

The fee has to be paid via bank transfer and cannot be refunded.

The standard and delegation conference fees cover:

  • access to 4 days of conference
  • all conference materials
  • certificate of participation
  • lunch
  • 3 coffee breaks per day
  • opening cocktail.

We can also provide you with the opportunity of accommodation for up to 5 nights at student dorms with 3 beds rooms with their own bathroom. The accommodation fee for 5 nights is 30€.

Notes!

* The Executive Committee of NapoMUN does not take responsibility for payments without receiving proper confirmation receipts. Also, additional fees regarding bank transfer operations will be fully supported by the applicant; they will not be substracted from the participation fee;

** International participants needing a VISA may request a Sponsorship Letter from the Executive Committee once they have been assigned a committee and a country and have paid the full amount of the fee;

*** Non-Refund Policy: We kindly ask you not to send any money to our account if you have not been accepted into the conference. The NapoMUN Executive Commitee will NOT reimburse any fees that have been paid by the participants.
